We are a charismatic church in affiliation with the Assemblies of God - a worldwide body of over 22 million believers. Our Statement of Fundamental Truths contains the 16 doctrines of the Assemblies of God. These are non-negotiable tenets of faith that all Assemblies of God churches adhere to. Four of these, Salvation, the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Divine Healing, and the Second Coming of Christ are considered Cardinal Doctrines which are essential to the church's core mission of reaching the world for Christ.
Hail Mary, Full of Grace The Lord is with Thee...
Our Mission To Seek To Serve To Share God's Word So That Others may Experience God's Love and Forgiveness
Our Mission is to bring peace, healing, and salvation through faith in Christ to all people by: (1) supporting a powerful proclamation of His Gospel through Word and Sacrament; (2) providing quality liturgy, education, pastoral care, and hospitality; (3) and by fostering acts of love and mercy among the people of our church and community
“But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” (Matthew 1:20-21) (Read by Max McLean. Provided by The Listener's Audio Bible.)
MISSION IN CHRIST, SHARING HIS PEACE, MAKING HIS DISCIPLES
The Brainerd Area Catholic Churches exist to make God known, loved and served. Our parishes endeavor to make the Sunday celebration of the Eucharist the summit and center of our worship of God. With the psalmist we ask: “What return will I make to the Lord for all He has given me?,” and so we share God’s many blessings to us through faith formation programs for all ages, and a deep concern for the poor and needy of our community and the wider world. We treasure all human life from conception till natural death. The Brainerd Area Catholic Churches include the parishes of All Saints Catholic Church, St. Andrews Catholic Church, St. Francis Catholic Church, St. Mathias Catholic Church, and St. Thomas of the Pines Catholic Church.

CHURCH WITH THE BLUE ROOF Christ Ev. Lutheran Church was started in 1969 as a mission congregation of the Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran Synod. Today, Christ Lutheran, its pastor and members, stand ready to serve Brainerd/Baxter and the central Minnesota area. In fact, at the present Christ draws quite a number of its members from communities other than Brainerd and Baxter.
The Church of the Nazarene is a Protestant Christian church in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition. Organized in 1908, the Church is now home to more than 1.5 million members worshiping in over 14,000 local congregations in 151 world areas.
Why we exist ... to change lives through the Holy Spirits power by leading lost people to know Christ and developing all people into mature, caring Christians. We envision that when we are fulfilling this mission, our church will be able to say that we are:
Crosslake Presbyterian, a place to belong! Where faith is nurtured, curiosity is encouraged, diversity is welcomed, and all are loved. "Presbyterian by Tradition and Ecumenical by Experience"
The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped. My heart leaps for joy and I will give thanks to him in song. The Lord is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one. Save your people and bless your inheritance; be their shepherd and carry them forever. - Psalm 28:7-9
The term epiphany comes from the Greek, epiphania which means "to show" or "to make known." It is our mission at the Church of the Epiphany to do just that – to make Jesus known! As the Three Kings came to adore and to present their gifts before the Lord, so too do we invite you. Be part of a parish that has come to know the blessings of offering all of our time, talent, and treasure in gratitude to a God who has offered Himself to us. O, come and together let us adore Him, Fr. Zehren Pastor

Christ's ministry is an outreach of love. We are all called to minister wherever Christ would have us work to heal and free others. United Methodists believe in God's saving grace, which means the unearned and loving action of God in our daily lives. And that through faith we are saved through Jesus Christ. In spite of suffering, violence, and evil in the world, we assert that God's grace exists everywhere. Despite any circumstance, we can always have a new life with a just and loving God. The reign of God is both a present and a future reality. Park United Methodist is located in North Brainerd. They have a sister chapel located in Baxter, Light of the Lakes Methodist Church.

Episcopal missionaries came to Minnesota Territory in the 1850’s, working up the Mississippi River and reaching out to local Native Americans and pioneer settlers alike. In 1871 the Rev. Joseph Gilfillan arrived in Brainerd, a “wild and wooly” railroad and logging center of about 400 persons, and made the rounds of saloons, hotels and boarding houses to invite one and all to church. For a time services were held in the pine woods of what is now Gregory Park, until the first St. Paul’s Church was built. That wooden structure was replaced in 1931 by the current stone church; an education and office wing in matching stone was added in 1988. For more than a century St. Paul’s has welcomed rich and poor of all races, backgrounds, and circumstances to take part in our ministries and outreach programs, solemn worship and gala celebrations. We invite you to make St. Paul’s your Brainerd Lakes Area church home.
