Zoe Brink

Zoe Bailey Brink, age 78, of Pine River, passed away September 23, 2011. She was born to Rufus and Jessimine "Jay" Bailey on October 20, 1932, in Monticello. Zoe graduated from Monticello High School in 1950 and married W.E. "Bud" Brink on June 28, 1953. She worked most of her life as a certified medical laboratory and x-ray technologist, starting at the Hart Hospital and retiring from the Monticello Big Lake Community Hospital in 1998. She was a member and past president of the Monticello American Legion Auxiliary and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Following Bud's retirement in 1995, they relocated in the Pine River area.

Zoe is survived by her children: Jay Brink (Donna), Thea Anderson (Trent); and grandchildren: Sarah, James, Tekla and Tristen.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Services will be 10 AM on Saturday, October 1, at Life in Christ Lutheran Church in Albertville, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
