Vivian Engholm

Vivian "Babe" M. Engholm, 91, of Baxter, MN passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Northern Lakes Senior Living in Baxter, MN. Funeral Services for Babe will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 11:00AM at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN with visitation one hour prior to services at the chapel. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery at a later date.

Babe was born on October 20, 1924 in Brainerd, MN to William "Sherd"and Pearle (Jackson) Potter. She married Robert Engholm in Brainerd, MN on January 27, 1941. She was a member of VFW Ladies and Zion Lutheran Church. She also enjoyed baking and liked doing it for others. Babe's most important role was being a mother and she loved spending time with her family.

Babe is survived by her sons, Larry (Kathy) of Roseville, MN, Tim (Sue) of Tucson, AZ, and Rick (Nancy) of Brainerd, MN; thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and siblings, Genevieve, Jeanette, Richard, Eleanor, and Marlys. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert in 2013; sons, Gerald, Keith, and Terrance; parents; and siblings, Evelyn, William, Eunice, Maurice, Bernice, and Norman. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN.
