Virginia Davis

Virginia "Ginger" Davis, age 67, of Backus passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at her home after losing a battle with cancer. She was born October 2, 1941 in Seattle, Washington.
Survived by her husband Mike; sons, Jim Robinson and Wayne Robinson; four grandchildren, A.J., Cory, Desiree, Kimberly; and five great grandchildren.
Ginger was an enthusiastic bowler, active in a women's league, a mixed league and sometimes substituting in the men's league. She won the Pine River tournament last year, thoroughly embarrassing the men.
An informal celebration of her life will be held at her home, 215 Lyllian Blvd Backus, MN (218-947-4985), on Saturday, December 13 from 1 to 5 pm with a short service at 3pm.
