Vicky Brown

Vicky L. Brown, 54, of Brainerd, died Monday, July 19, 2004, at Bethany Good Samaritan Village in Brainerd. Memorial services will be Friday, July 23, 11 a.m., at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, with Reverend Father Bill Skarich officiating. Friends may visit Thursday, July 22, 6-8 p.m., at Brenny Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd.
Vicky Lou Billman was born November 3, 1949 in Brainerd, to Harry and Betty Lou (Neiderer) Billman. She grew up and attended school in Brainerd. She was united in marriage to Dwight Brown in Brainerd on December 2, 1972. The couple later divorced. She worked for many years as a cook at Bethany, and for several years as a personal care attendant at Oakridge Home in Brainerd. Vicky loved to fish, and was an excellent cook. She enjoyed gambling at area casinos.

Vicky is survived by her sons, Chad Brown, of Moorhead, Shay Brown and fiance Krystal Eberly, of Brainerd; her siblings, Harry ?Butch? (Chris) Billman, of Crosslake, Keith (Cathy) Billman, of Brainerd, Craig (Janet Towes) Billman, of Brainerd, Alan (Stacy) billman, of Merrifield, Debbie (Dale) Kuhn, of Brainerd, and Kay (Tom) Slukich, of Brainerd; many nieces and nephews; and special friend and longtime companion, Gary Peterson, of Brainerd. Her parents and a son, Christopher Brown, preceded her in death.
