Vickie Saterbak

Vickie Lee Saterbak, 56, of Brainerd, died at her home Saturday, December 26, 2009. Services for Vickie will be at 2:00P.M., Saturday, January 2, 2010 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter with Pastor Steve Sveom officiating. Friends are welcome to gather one hour prior to services.
Vickie was born January 8, 1953 in Champaign, IL, the daughter of Kenneth and Allene (Barrington) Cole. Vickie was a homemaker. She also worked in the medical field for many years, first as an EMT and later as a nurse at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. She enjoyed many crafts: beadwork, knitting and embroidering. She also liked to garden and as an avid reader. She loved her pets and enjoyed camping.

She will be missed by her husband, Roger; children, Patrick (Jane) Jay, Deawn Trapp, Shawn (Rachel) Norenberg, Kelly (Chris) Sprague, and Brian Saterbak; her grandchildren, Madison, Masey, Isabella, Jordan, Baylee, Rylee, Jesse, Kendal, and Cameron; and her sister, Betty (Chris) Roehl. She was preceded in death by her parents.
