Vernon Stall

Vernon D. Stall, age 81, of Pine River, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012, at his home. He was born to Dale and Minnie Stall on March 31, 1931, in Palmyra, Nebraska.

Vernon is survived by his children, Larry Stall, Nancy Norton, and Emily Stall; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and sisters, Phyllis and Velene.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma; daughter, Cindi Kramp; and brother, Val-Gene "Shorty" Stall.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, October 27, at Lakeside Baptist Church in Backus, with Pastor Jeff Broom officiating. Inurnment with military honors will take place at Pine Ridge Cemetery, Pine River.
