Tylor Struss

Tylor Jon Struss, age 31, tragically passed away on June 22, 2021, at his parents’ home in Baxter, Minnesota. Most people knew Tylor as “TJ” and for his life-of-the-party spirit. TJ is a graduate of Brainerd High School Class of 2009 and the University of Minnesota Duluth Class of 2013. He was born in Brainerd, Minnesota, to Jayne (Hauser) and Gregg Struss on June 6, 1990. He is survived by his parents, his sister Mandi and her husband Rob, and their four children: Makayla, Samantha, Alexzander, and Zakariah, his sister Anna, and his little sister Emilee. TJ is also survived by many friends who have become family over the years. We will be grieving the many moments of laughter, joy, and hilariousness that TJ brought into all of our lives for some time to come. TJ worked in business development and participated in launching several passion projects, including “Born Passion,” a nonprofit organization for creating positive change in corporate culture and pursuing life passions, and “Outfit My Life,” a clothing brand for adventurers. In honor of his life, a visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at Living Word North Church off of Highway 371 in Brainerd, Minnesota, from 12-1, and a ceremony will follow from 1-2 pm.
