Todd D. Hanlon, 45, of Pierz, MN, passed away Monday, November 09, 2009 at Pierz Villa, MN. A Celebration of Life Service for Todd will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the St. Josephs Catholic Church in Pierz, MN with Father Gerald Dalseth officiating. Friends are welcome to gather one hour prior to services at the church. A second Celebration of Todds life will be held on Monday, November 16, 2009 from 3-6 PM at the School II Bistro in Chanhassen, MN. Private burial will take place on Tuesday.
Todd David Hanlon was born August 17, 1964, in Duluth, MN, the son of John and Kay (Reint) Hanlon. He graduated from Wayzata High School and went on to receive his Bachelors Degree from St. Cloud State University. On June 21, 2002, he was united in marriage to Beth Hoheisel in Pierz, MN. Todd worked for the Corporate Commission of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe in the IT (Information Technology) Department. Among the things he enjoyed were music and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Hanlon; and his grandparents, Bob and Pearl Reint and Ray and Marguerite Hanlon. Todd will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Beth and daughter, Kaitlyn of Pierz; parents, Kay Hanlon (and fiancé, Larry Herrmann) of Chanhassen; sister, Lissa (Shawn) Muehlberg of St. Bonifacius; brother, Stephen Hanlon of Chaska; nieces, Bridget Muehlberg, Macy Muehlberg, and Kailey Egan; nephew Corey Egan; Beths parents, LeRoy and Peggy Hoheisel of Pierz; and sister-in-law, Lynn (Toby) Egan of Pierz.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Kaitlyn Hanlon Educational Fund at F&M State Bank in Pierz or the Coborn Cancer Center in St. Cloud, MN.
