Timothy Young

Timothy J. Young, 49, of Breezy Point, MN died on Sunday, December 9, 2012 in Mission Township, MN. Funeral Services for Tim will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Crosslake Lutheran Church in Crosslake, MN with Pastor Greg Larsen officiating. Visitation will be held at 11:30AM at the church.

Tim Young, age 49, died on Dec. 9, 2012, while hunting, which was one of the many things he enjoyed in life.
He was born on July 19, 1963, in Princeton, MN, to Marge and Delton Young. Tim and his wife, Deniece Wendlandt, began their life together in 1989. They were married on July 16, 2004. Not only was Tim a loving husband, he was her best friend.
Tim worked as a general contractor and could design, build, or fix just about anything you could imagine. He devoted endless hours to coaching and actively supported his children in their sports and activities. Tim enjoyed numerous outdoor activities such as: hunting, camping, ice fishing, boating, and countless others. He also enjoyed cooking at home and for family gatherings. Most of all, Tim loved being surrounded by and spending time with family and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Delton, in 2010.
Tim will be deeply missed and is survived by his wife, Deniece. He was a loving father to his sons Teddy (25), Cole (14), Austin (12) and his daughters Crystal (28) and Alyssa (15). He had close relationships with his brothers, Roger (Bonnie), Lonn (Lucy), Chuck (Jackie), Kevin, and Rob; sister, Marsha (Ed); his mother Marge; step-father Doug; and many other family and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Crosslake, MN.
