Timothy “Tim” Bjornson, 81, of Baxter, passed away on September 25, 2024. Funeral Services will take place at 2pm on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN. A visitation will take place one hour prior to services. 

Tim was born on February 18, 1943, at Mercy Hospital in Valley City, North Dakota to Paul and Darline (Berry) Bjornson. After high school graduation Tim attended Lutheran Bible Institute in Minneapolis studying Business Administration. He also attended the Valley City College in ND for two years and Northern State College in Aberdeen, SD. Tim was married to Donna on July 13, 1963, and together they had three children Dawn, Todd, and Dany, and later divorced.

Tim was in the Army National Reverses from 1966-1972 as a Combat Engineer. He also worked in real estate. He was a shopping center leasing agent at Bjornson Development, also running 7 locations of executive suits in Minneapolis with over 130 offices. Tim also worked for Geo's painting in the Brainerd area for many years. In 1984, Tim was married to Ellie Lien. They were happily married until his passing and enjoyed spending time together.

Tim is survived by his spouse Ellie; his children Dawn, Todd and Dany; and siblings David and Lynda (Preston) Smith. He is preceded in death by his parents Paul and Darline Bjornson; siblings Deedee, Barry, and Benji.
