Tim Skolte

Tim Edward Skolte, age 57, of Brainerd, passed away early Thursday morning at his home. Memorial Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 23, at the Brenny Funeral Chapel of Baxter. Friends may call for one hour prior to Services on Saturday. Tim Edward Skolte was born July 26, 1949, the son of Kenneth and Violet (Beeman) Skolte. He was the first born of 12 children. At an early age he went to live in Cambridge, MN, and in the early 1960s moved to Brainerd, MN. In the mid 1990s Tim came to live at the Milender Home. Tim liked living there and he and his family were very appreciative of the owners and staff at the home. Tim enjoyed going for car rides with Dad, orange candy and pop, children, kicking balls, and getting people to repeat the words that he knew. Tim is survived by his father, Kenneth Skolte of Wadena; mother, Violet Skolte of Belview, MN; 5 brothers, and 6 sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
