Tim Amerud

Tim Amerud, 61, of Brainerd, passed away accidentally on Sunday, October 10, 2010 while felling trees. Services for Tim will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, October 15 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter with Pastor Bob Twiton officiating. Friends and family are welcome to gather Thursday evening from 5-7 PM, Friday morning one hour prior to services and are invited to stay for a reception following Friday's services at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter.

Tim is deeply missed by his family and friends. He was happiest when his family surrounded him, especially in the natural world that God had created. He spent four years of service in the Air Force. He was the owner of Amerud Plumbing and Heating for 36 years in the Brainerd Area.

He is survived by his father, Harold (Sharon) Amerud; his mother Beatrice Amerud; mother-in-law, Dorothy Huber; brother-in-law, Hartley (Lisa) Huber; brothers, Stephen Amerud, Michael Amerud, James Amerud, and Douglas Amerud; sisters, Joy Amerud, Lexy (Steve) Barrows, and Wendy Richey; his wife, Marge Amerud; his children, Christy (Todd) Sandberg, Carleen (Jeff) Ostby, and Nic (Heather Davis) Amerud; and grandchildren, Cierra Rose Amerud, Brennen Eugene Sandberg, Kindrid Beth Sandberg, Rhiannan Rae Amerud, and Kallie Josephine Ostby. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Herb Huber.
