Thomas Taylor

Thomas "Tom" Taylor, age 68, of Pequot Lakes, passed away after a short battle with cancer on Monday, October 30, 2017, at Essentia St. Joseph's Medical Center, Brainerd. He was born to Carl and Marion Taylor on June 24, 1949, in International Falls, MN. Tom sold cars for 34 years at Houston Ford in Pine River and Mills Ford in Baxter. After retirement he worked for Dotty Brothers Construction. He loved deer hunting and spending time with his family at his Ponto Lake cabin.

Tom is survived by his wife, Shirley; daughters: Sandy Phipps (Tom), Tammy Fischer (Bob), Julie Schmidt (Sam); brother, Dean (Marie); sister, Roxanne Frederick; and grandchildren: Sydney, Madison, Taylor, Shayna, Thomas, Grayson and Peyton.

There will be a visitation time to celebrate Tom's life on Friday, November 3, from 2 to 4 PM followed by a prayer service at 4 PM at Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes.
