Thomas Pine

Tom Pine, 70, of Little Falls, passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at St. Gabriel's Hospital. Services for Thomas will be on Friday, February 25, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Randall with Father Leo Moenkedick officiating with visitation one hour prior to services. Interment will be at the Minnesota State Veteran's Cemetery in Little Falls.

Tom was born on January 9, 1941 in San Jose, California. He entered the US Navy where he served for twenty-one years. Following his honorable discharge, Tom worked in the oil fields in Texas, before moving to Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. Tom worked for Frigidaire until his retirement. Tom was united into marriage to Dorothy (Garrison) Veillette on January 8, 2005. He enjoyed reading and watching westerns. Tom and Dorothy also liked visiting antique shops and going out for dinner.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, Dorothy; Tom's children, Shane Pine, Tiffany (James) Laird, Miranda Pine, Lisa Pine; Dorothy's children, Douglas (Laurie) Veillette, and Kirby (Amy) Veillette; and nine grandchildren. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Marilyn.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Randall.
