Thomas Adams

Thomas Richard Hartnell Adams, 59, of Nisswa, died Thursday, September 5, 2013 at his home. Services will be held at 3 PM, Saturday, September 14, 2013 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Family and friends are welcome to gather two hours prior to services. Interment with military honors will be held at 10:15 AM, Monday, September 16, 2013 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery and Minneapolis, MN.

Thomas was born October 3, 1953, in Minneapolis, MN, the son of Ernest and Suzanne (Hill) Hartnell. After school he worked as a painter and was a member of the Painter and Taper Union # 61. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling. Thomas loved his wife Sandy and missed her very much following her death in June.

He is survived by his children, Maria Hartnell and Adam Hartnell; siblings, JoAnne Flint, of Hill City, Cecil (Barb) Hartnell, of Hill City, and Matthew (Sherry) Hartnell, of Sartell; five grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra; parents; brothers, Raymond and Mark.
