Thelma Anderson

Thelma Irene Anderson, 70, of Motley died on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Centra Care Hospital in St. Cloud, MN. Friends and family are invited to meet for a Memorial Gathering for Thelma on Friday, May 9, 2014 from 12:00-2:00 PM at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN.

Thelma was born on August 26, 1943 to Harry and Mae (Huntington) Snook in Vining, MN. She grew up in Verndale, MN where she attended Verndale High School and later received her GED, and went on to graduate from Vocational Technical College in Wadena, MN in 1990, with an Associate's Degree. She was previously married. Thelma enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her family. She also enjoyed knitting, square dancing and John Wayne.

Thelma is survived by her children; David Cooper, Cindy Holland, May Gunter and Bruce Cooper; sisters, Harriet Eastling, Ethel Sherry, Marcella Beatty, Donna Brown; brothers, Charles Martin, Walter Snook; grandchildren, Casandra Snook, Samantha Snook, Russell Cooper, Amanda Cooper, Kimberly Connelly, Bruce Cooper Jr; great grandchildren, Armon Jefferson, McKenzie, Kristen, Coliey and Abbigail Connelly and Kyndrah Snook. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Delaine Cooper; grandson, Quinton Cooper; sisters, Wilma Snook, Susie Koepke, Sereatha Butterfield; brother, Wilbur Snook. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN.
