Susan Gard

Susan Gard, age 44, of Pine River, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at her home. She was born November 11, 1963 in Minneapolis to James and Rosemary Tostenson.
She is survived by her husband, Duane of Pine River; daughter, Valerie Betland of East Grand Forks; son, Zachary Betland of Pine River; father, James Tostenson of Backus; brother, Bradly Tostenson (Renee) of Rockford; sisters: Kim Seim (Brian) of Maple Grove, Jennifer Dent (Steve) of Brooklyn Park; nephews: Jason, Tyler, Jonathan; nieces: Kristy, Amy, Sara, Jessica, Alisa; many other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by son, Matthew Atkinson; mother, Rosemary; and brothers Scott and Brian.
Services will be 1 PM on Saturday, February 16 at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River, with Pastor Mark Whittemore officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 PM, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
