Susan Denk

Susan Marie Ebinger Denk passed away peacefully on Friday September 2, 2011 at the age of 58 in Valley, Nebraska.

Sue was born on October 24, 1952 in Brainerd, Minn. to Richard and Dolores Ebinger and was middle of 3 children. She grew up in Osseo, Minnesota where she graduated from high school in 1970. Following High School, Sue attended St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. Sue enlisted in the United States Army where she met her husband, Phil Denk. Sue and Phil were married on September 24, 1981 and made their home in Edwardsville, KS. On December 26th, 1985, Sue gave birth to her beloved and treasured daughter, Kasey Marie. The family made their home in Marysville, Kansas and Sue was able to be a full time mom to her daughter Kasey during her school-years. The family moved Kansas City, Missouri in 2000 where she resided until the last month of her life which was spent in Omaha with her daughter Kasey.

Preceding her in death were her loving parents, Richard and Dolores. Sue is survived by her husband, Philip Denk of Kansas City, MO; devoted daughter Kasey (Kyle) Kaiser and cherished grandson Karson of Omaha, NE; brother Mike (Joan) Ebinger of Longville, MN; sister Terry (Mark) Anderson of Fort Ripley, MN. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and countless dear friends.

Susan M. Denk, 58, died Friday, September 2, 2011 at the Golden Living Center in Valley, NE. Services for Susan will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Family and friends are invited to gather two hours prior to services. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd.
