Stacy Fredstrom

Stacy R. Fredstrom, 33, of Crosby, formerly of Brainerd, died Thursday, September 22, 2011 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. A Funeral Service for Stacy will be held at 11 AM, Monday, September 26 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter with Pastor Rory Swenson officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather on hour prior to services. Following services the family will host a luncheon in the Brenny Funeral Chapel Reception Room. Interment will take place at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Brainerd.

Stacy was born February 16, 1978 in Brainerd. After graduating from Brainerd High School, Stacy received her dental assistant training at Central Lakes College. She was most recently employed at the Smile Center in Deerwood. She was fond of warm summer weather, the beach and fishing. Stacy enjoyed reading and spending time with her kitties. The love of her life was her son, Cody. She treasured the time she could spend with him.

She will be missed and always remembered by her son, Cody Erickson; mom, Patricia Vierzba; father, Scott Fredstrom, of Alaska; sister, Kristy Fredstrom; grandmother, Donna Eue; niece, Avynna Fredstrom; and her fiancé, Todd Jensvold. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ronald Eue and Gwen & Roy Fredstrom; uncle, James Eue; and cousin, John Jacobson.
