Sebastian Rivetts

Sebastian Rivetts, 18 of Staples, MN passed away peacefully Sunday, April 28, 2019 at St. Paul Children’s Hospital surrounded by family and friends after battling a long history of struggles. Services for Sebastian will be 2:00PM, Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Motley United Methodist Church with Pastor Dawn Houser officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation from 5-7PM, Tuesday, May 7, 2019 with a prayer service at 6:30PM at Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN. and also one hour prior to the service at the church.

Sebastian was born in Brainerd, MN to Howard Weekley and Sandra Rivetts on April 19, 2001. Sebastian was raised by Amanda Hendershot the majority of his life. He loved walks, music, and silly noises. Sebastian’s smile was very contagious.

Sebastian  is survived by his brothers and sisters, Cody (Hope) Rivetts, Riley Rivetts, Dylan Rivetts, Michael Stout, Elicia (Kyle) Erickson, Joshua Weekley, Dezarae Weekley Natasha (Brandon) Meyers; grandparents, Archie and Jennifer Rivetts, Lila Weekley; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Harold Weekley and his girlfriend, Sophia Flemming. We want to thank everyone for the wonderful care everyone provided to Sebastian throughout his life.
