Scott Randall

Scott Randall, 66, of Staples, MN, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at Lakewood Health System Care Center in Staples, MN. Services for Scott will be 11:00AM, Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Assembly of God Church in Staples, with Pastor Roy Miles officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.

Scott was born November 28, 1951 in St. Paul, MN and was adopted at age 2 by Emerald and Beatrice (Carney) Randall. He grew up on a farm in the Brainerd area and the family moved to Staples in the 1970’s. Scott drove taxicab for the family business when he was younger and worked most recently as a Janitor at the Westgate Mall in Brainerd. Scott and Colleen Reece were together for the past 19 years. Scott enjoyed fishing, camping, dancing, traveling, being a Pit Man at the demolition derby, and working on his 1966 Ford Mustang and antiques.

Scott is survived by his significant other, Colleen Reece of Staples; son, Daniel Skoglund of Grand Rapids, MN; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Em and Bea Randall. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN.
