Sandra Marie Forpahl, age 77, of Motley, MN has journeyed on to her final resting place on August 30, 2018. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, September 4 at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Staples, with Fr. Gabriel Walz officiating. Visitation will be at the church during the hour before Mass. Burial will be Tuesday, September 4 at 2 p.m. at Minnesota State Veteran’s Cemetery near Little Falls.
"Sandie" was a very fashionable, friendly, fun and outgoing woman! She enjoyed gardening, garage sales, crafts and people. A very loving, caring, and giving woman! A wife of 58 years to the love of her life, Ed Forpahl; a mother to three sons: David(Kathy), Dan(Laurel) and Donald; a grandmother to 5 grandsons: Beau, Eddy, Wade(Breanna), Daniel and James; a great-grandmother to Emma, Amelia and Sienna; siblings: Tom and Renee; many nephews and nieces, which she loved very much. Preceded in death by her parents, Paul and June Rimarcik; brothers Greg and Jeff. She was dearly loved by all and will be greatly missed!
