Russell Petree

Russ was a uniquely special person. He endured many struggles and also had many moments of joy. He loved music and dancing, long rides in the car, fishing, and his ample road trips to many locations with staff and his group home pals. Russ also had a fondness for any type of "dressing up."

Our family would like to express our gratefulness and thanks to Russ's second family at the group home. During his residency at the group home, Russ was provided with exceptional care by the staff. A very special tribute to Kathi Gallop, Cindy Eastman, Greg Rosenberg, and Dale Kuhns for their years of dedication and loving care. God Bless you all.

Russ will be sadly missed by his loving sister Kathy (John Iske) and Aunt Cleo (Byrns). Other survivors include: One Uncle Dean (Petree) and one nephew (Nathan and family). Interment will follow the memorial service at Evergreen Cemetary in Staples, MN where Russ will join his parents (Don and Edie Petree) and siblings (Daniel, Scott, and Melissa).
