Ronald Rolfe

TSGT Ronald "Rip" Rolfe, USAF, 74, of Baxter, passed away March 3, 2011 with his wife Judy at his side. Rip served his country around the world for more than 20 years as part of the US Air Force. He retired from Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota and continued to serve his community for another 20 years working tirelessly in support of Rushmore Little League Softball in Rapid City, SD. He and Judy moved to Northern, MN in 1993 where he continued to support youth athletics as an activities bus driver for Crosby-Ironton High School for several years. He is survived by his wife, Judy; daughter, Kristie; son, Philip (Karen); granddaughter, Jessica; and two sisters. His good humor, jokes and storytelling will be missed by all who knew him.

Private family services will be held with interment at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery near Little Falls, MN.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel of Baxter.
