Ronald Demulling

Ronald R. Demulling, 87, of Brainerd, died Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Good Samaritan Village – Bethany Campus. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 AM, Monday, August 7, 2017 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Garrison. Family and friends are invited to gather one hour prior to Mass at the church. Interment with Military Honors will be held at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery near Camp Ripley.

Ron was born December 24, 1929, in Farmington, WI, the son of Clem and Anna (Germain) Demulling. After high school, Ron enlisted in the US Army and served his country for four years. He attended Dunwoody Institute before marrying Jean Hyde in 1957. The couple raised four children. Ron worked as an automobile mechanic and body shop manager for many years at Lupient Oldsmobile. He enjoyed the outdoors – especially hunting and fishing.

He will be missed by his wife, Jean; children, Bob, Shari, Lori, and Patti (Les Croswell); four grandchildren; sister, Janice; and brother, Frank. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Sherman and Donald; and sister, Marie Sperbeck. Memorials are preferred, to Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Garrison.
