Roger Nelson, 52, of Brainerd, died Saturday, December 01, 2012 at his home. Family and friends are invited to gather Friday, December 7, 2012 from 1-3 PM his sister's home. (Cheryl and Allan Wermager, 13704 State Highway 6 - Deerwood, MN 56444.

Roger was born January 13, 1960, the son of Melford and Hazel (Oein) Nelson. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Roger LOVED the casino.

He will be missed by his fiancé, Judy Svir; children, Roger, Jr., Jennifer, Kent, and Joseph; sisters, Cheryl (Allan) Wermager, Kathleen (Kurt) Simpson, Linda Wagner, Tammy Jo Nelson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace; son, Daniel; parents; and sister, Patricia.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter.
