Robert E. Welsh, 77, of Staples died on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Lakewood Health System in Staples, MN. Visitation for Robert will be held from 1-3 PM on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN, with services to be held later in the spring in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Robert is survived by daughter, Michelle Collum; grandchildren, Jessica Lind, Klistie Shingledecker and Chase Collum.
