Robert Taylor

Robert "Bob" Taylor, age 83, of Nisswa, passed away Friday, November 7, 2008. He was born August 12, 1925 in Montreal, Canada, to John and Mildred Taylor. Bob was employed at Grandview Lodge for over 30 years. He was an avid reader and held a lifelong fascination with trains. He loved spending his coffee breaks and mealtimes at the Sportland Café, where he enjoyed visiting with the other customers.
Bob is survived by his brothers: Peter Taylor (Kristine) of Tacoma, WA, Richard Taylor (Ellie) of Orlando, FL; nephew, numerous nieces, and great nephews and nieces. He is also survived by his "second family", Doug, Rhoda, Quinn and Lee Swanson.
Memorials are preferred and may be sent to the National Autism Association.
Services will be 2 PM on Wednesday, November 12 at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
