Robert Fluharty

Robert Lowell Fluharty, age 87, of Pequot Lakes, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015, at Heritage House in Pequot Lakes. Robert was born October 16, 1927, in Pierre, South Dakota, to Ivan and Lowell Fluharty. Bob served in the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1953 and spent 18 months in Korea. He was an educator for 30 years in San Diego, California, and retired to Minnesota in 1984.

Robert is survived by his wife, Marilyn; daughters, Patty Mudgett and Suzie Leonard; son, Danny; and four grandchildren.

Private graveside services will take place at Camp Ripley at a later date. Memorials can be sent to Heartland Hospice in Brainerd.
