Richard Anderson

Richard P. Anderson, age 72, of Garrison died Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at his home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, June 24, 12:30 pm, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Garrison, with Father Howard Eisel officiating. Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Monday, June 26, at 12:30 pm.
Richard Paul Anderson was born February 14, 1934 in Minneapolis, to Harold and Mary (Viater) Anderson. He was united in marriage to Beverly Dynneson, his wife of 53 years, June 16, 1953, in Wichita Falls, TX. He worked for Northwest Airlines in Minneapolis for 30 years, as a mechanic, foreman, and supervisor in the engine shop.

Richard is deeply missed by his wife, Beverly; children, Sheryl (James) Romero, Savage, Carol (John) Quall, Montrose, and Jennifer Anderson, Apple Valley; sisters, Nancy (Ronald) Unruh, Harrisburg, PA, Mary (Randall) Anderson-Bolduc, Brooklyn Park, and Louise Anderson, Coon Rapids; 9 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. His parents, a daughter, Susan, a son, Steven, and a sister, Elaine, preceded him in death.
