Raymond Gakin

Raymond Lester Gakin, 61, of Brainerd died on Friday, March 9, 2012 at Edgewood Vista in Brainerd. No Services at this time.

Raymond was born on February 6, 1951 in Brainerd, MN to Lloyd and Elvera (Olson) Gakin. Raymond worked in construction and in the auto industry. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Raymond also loved woodworking.

Raymond is survived by his brother, Robert (Judy) Gakin of Merrifield, MN; Elaine Boder of Crosby; and his special friends, John Volmer and Mary Parson. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Lawrence and Richard.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter.
