Ray Bushor

Ray Elmer Bushor Sr, age 92, passed away in Brainerd, MN on May 4, 2022, at his home in Brainerd. A Mass of Christian Burial for Ray will be held on Thursday May 12, 2022, at 11:00am at St. Francis Catholic Church in Brainerd. There will be a visitation held one hour prior to the start of the service at the church. Ray will be buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd, MN.

He was born on January 25, 1930, to Elmer and Minnie (Armistead) Bushor in Ferguson, MO. Ray enlisted in the Air Force and served as an Airman First Class in Korea. He was employed for 47 years with Emerson Electric in St. Louis, MO. Ray was a loving and caring person to everyone.

He is survived by his wife of almost 70 years Crena (O’Connor) Bushor, his daughter Jackie, his granddaughters Angie and Sara, his great granddaughters Lucy and Calliope, his ‘2nd son’ Thomas Unger, and brother Dale Bushor.

Ray is preceded in death by his son Ray Bushor Jr, an infant brother, his brother Allen, his sister Pauline, and his parents.

Arrangements are entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
