Peter Lahr

Peter Lahr, 72, of Lincoln, MN passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 26, 2016 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Services for Peter will be 12:00PM, Thursday, June 30 at St. James Catholic Church in Randall, MN. Visitation will be from 10-12 on Thursday prior to services, also at the church. Interment will be at Scandia Valley Ogema Point Cemetery.

Peter was born January 26, 1944 to Wendelin and Francis Lahr in Mayhew Lake, MN. He moved to Lincoln in 1961 where he owned and operated Lahr's Excavating. Peter was united in marriage to Hedy Bridge in Motley on January 29, 1966. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, spending time with his family and the outdoors. Peter was well known throughout the community.

Peter is survived by his wife, Hedy; sons, Wayne (Shirley) of Enderlin, ND, Paul (Monica) of Wahkon, MN, Mike (Jackie) of Lincoln, MN; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sisters, MaryAnn Saldana; Alvina Sekhon; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wendelin and Francis; and grandson, Cody Lahr. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Randall, MN.
