Patricia Niskanen

Patricia E. Niskanen, age 80, of Jenkins, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014. She was born to Irving and Madolin Hofius on March 14, 1933, in Pine River. She married Jack Niskanen on August 14, 1954.

Pat is survived by her children: John (Lorie) Niskanen, Pam Niskanen, Jim Niskanen, all of Jenkins; son-in-law, Dean Hovey of Herrick, SD; grandchildren: Cory (Tracy) Niskanen, Kaitlyn (Derek) Rader, Brady Niskanen, Cohl Niskanen, Tiffany (Matthew) Schwader; great grandchildren: Elizabeth and Matthew Niskanen, Aiden and Serenity Schwader; siblings: Richard (Darlene) Hofius of Jenkins; Judy (Don) Seder of Pueblo, CO; Charles (Irma) Hofius of Little Fork, MN, Larry (Laura) Hofius of Pequot Lakes, Mary Cunningham of Fallon, NV, Nancy Lakin of Orange City, FL; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack; daughter, Judy Hovey; brothers, Gordon, Henry and Ron.

Services will be 11 AM on Wednesday, February 12, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Pequot Lakes. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
