Pamela Krueger

Pamela J. Krueger, age 60, of Brainerd, died Friday, October 22, 2004 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Memorial services will be Monday, October 25, 10 a.m., at the First Congregational Church in Brainerd, with Reverend Deb Celley officiating. Private family interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd.
Pamela Jean Read was born April 17, 1944 in Brainerd, to Paul and Ardith (Cockrell) Read. She grew up and attended schools in Brainerd, and completed LPN training. She was united in marriage to John Krueger June 16, 1962. They lived and raised their family in Brainerd, where Pam worked at Brainerd Medical Center. She had retired in April of this year. Pam loved her family and friends, and enjoyed spending time with them. Her grandchildren were especially precious to her. She was a wonderful cook who often treated her friends and coworkers to her baking. A nurse even when off-duty, Pam was a giving person who enjoyed taking care of others.

Pamela is survived by John, her husband of 42 years; her children, Jennifer Jensen and Kristen Liebeg, both of Brainerd; her father, Paul Reed, of Brainerd; sisters Kay Read-Boeder (Leonard Boeder), of AZ and Marry Murrow, of Maple Grove; brother Tom (Esther) Read, of Brainerd; grandchildren Blake and Michael Jensen and Sydney and Devan Liebeg; and several nieces and nephews. Her mother and a daughter, Carrie, preceded her in death.
