Otto Huber

Otto Oswald Huber, 89, of Brainerd, MN, died at his home Monday, April 14, 2008. A Memorial Service for Otto will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, April 26, 2008 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter with a reception and dinner following at Brennys Reception Center. Interment will be at Valle Lutheran Cemetery.
Otto was born February 22, 1919 in South Dakota, the son of Jacob and Elizabeth Huber. Otto moved to the Minneapolis area before moving to Brainerd where he owned and operated Huber Refrigeration. He was united in marriage to June Nyquist in 1958 in Duluth, MN. They were married for 46 years before June died. Otto and his brother, Herbert bought and built Nokassippi Resort in 1947. Otto enjoyed deer and duck hunting. He was an avid reader and liked to travel and watch football.

Otto is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; three brothers; and one sister.
