Nathan DeBolt

Nathan J. DeBolt, 33, of Cakoto, formerly of Staples, died on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in Rapid City, SD. Services for Nathan will be held at 11:30 AM, Friday, August 24, 2012 at Faith Lutheran Church in Staples. Friends and family are invited for a reception to follow.

Nathan was born on August 1, 1979 in Golden Valley, MN to Robert and Joan (Pogreba) DeBolt. He attended grade school at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Staples, MN. Nathan graduated from Staples High School in 1998. Nathan met Melynda "Myndy" Carlson and they were married on May 22, 2004 in Staples, MN. They moved to Cokato in 2005 where he was a welder for M and W Manufacturing. Nathan loved spending time with his family, fishing with his boys. He liked to hunt, go four-wheeling and spend time with his friends. He and his family loved to go to the family's cabin in Wahoo Valley.

Nathan will be sadly missed by his wife, Myndy; children, Daniel, Ashton, and Sophiya; mother, Joan; sisters, Gayle (Tom) Trowbridge, Debbie (Terry) May, and Antonitte Keskey-DeBolt; nieces and nephews, Eric, Taylor, Alaina, Damien, Amanda, Blake, Nathaniell, and Torrence; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert; brother, Daniel; and his grandparents.
