Myrtle Ward

Myrtle B. Ward, age 94, of Backus, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2014, at Good Samaritan Society Bethany in Brainerd. She was born December 31, 1919, in Harris, MN, to Ludwig and Anna Peterson.

Myrtle is survived by her daughters: Darlene Robinson (George) of Hackensack, Donna Morgan (John) of Fargo; sisters: Dorothy, Eunice, Virginia; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM on Saturday, Sept. 6, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Pine River. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Backus. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 PM at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are with Kline Funeral Home, Pine River.
