Michelle Bollig

Michelle Bollig, 54, passed away on September 2, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. Mass of Christian burial will be on Friday September 6, 2019 at 11AM at St. James Catholic Church in Randall, MN. Fr. Joseph Herzing will officiate. Burial will be in Cushing Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8PM on Thursday September 5, 2019 at The Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Randall and one hour prior to Mass at St. James Catholic Church on Friday.

Michelle was born on September 22, 1964 in Little Falls, MN to Dave and DeEtta (Houle) Gilson.  She is a 1983 graduate of Little Falls High School and continued her education at St. Cloud Technical and Community College. She married Mitch Bollig on April 20, 1985 in Randall. Michelle was employed by Walters Kluwer for over thirty years.

Michelle enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed camping, fishing, and cross-stitching.

She is survived by her loving husband Mitch; parents Dave Gilson of Fort Ripley, and DeEtta Gilson of Little Falls; children Joel Bollig of Gilman and Kelsey Bollig of Buffalo; sisters, Tammy (Paul) Woidyla of Bowlus, Jodi (Dale) Doucette of Cushing; brothers Mark (Kathy) Gilson of Osakis, Jamey (Pam) Gilson of Cushing; soon to be grandson Bentley; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Brenny Family Funeral Chapel of Randall, MN.
