Melissa Gammello

Melissa Ann Gammello, 48, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Hills Crossing Senior Living in Nisswa, due to complications from Huntington’s Disease. Services will be Friday, April 28, at 11 AM, at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter, with visitation during the hour before. Private interment will be at a later date.

Melissa was born May 13, 1968 at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. She is survived by her children, Ashley (Taz Siltman) Gammello, Brainerd, Joshua (Emma Hilgart) Gammello, USMC, and Dominick Gammello, USN; a grandson, Kaleb Siltman; her mother, Linda Payne (Werner) Nelson; a brother, Anthony (Tanya) DeRosier, Merrifield; a niece, Dalerie DeRosier; a nephew, Ryan DeRosier; and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas Phillips; her stepfather, Leon DeRosier; her grandparents, Merrill and Emma Payne, Nisswa and Elaine Schultes, Brainerd. Services entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel.
