May Fuhrer

May Fuhrer, age 87, of Backus, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 23, 2008. She was born May 28, 1921 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
May is survived by her children: Cloie Smith of Backus, Dody Bruggeman of Pequot Lakes, Joe Fuhrer (Jan) of Pine River, Leo Fuhrer (Darlene) of Baxter, Harold Fuhrer (Diane) of Foley, Estella Large (Ray) of Pine River, Robin Fuhrer of Arden Hills; brothers: Peter Potts and Walter Potts, both of Indiana; sister, Jean DeLong of Ohio; 25 grandchildren, 78 great grandchildren, and 18 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Lester, brothers, Jack and Bob, grandchildren Douglas Feierabend and Kevin Rudlang.
Services will be 10 AM on Saturday, December 27 at the Church of the Nazarene, Backus. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
