Marnie McComas

Marnie Ann McComas, passed away unexpectedly on January 20th, 2022. Born June 1, 1966, in Minneapolis MN to Mac & June McComas.

Marnie was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was kind, generous, smart, funny, loyal, and loving to all who were blessed to spend time around her. Her love and care of four-legged animals was appreciated by all the rescues and strays whose lives she helped make better.

She is survived by Mother June McComas, brother Brian (Laurie Svingen) niece Leah (McComas) Joe & Norah) Murphy, nephew Dean (Morganne Murphy, Mylah) McComas, nephew Danny (Carrie Caffery, Sophia) McComas, sister Erin (McComas) Jeff, Jolie & Aidan Anderson, beloved dogs Clover, Archie & Maisie and many dear close friends. Preceded in death by her hero, Mac McComas.

She was the biggest supporter/fan of all her nieces and nephews in their athletic and academic endeavors. They loved her steadfast humor and encouragement and truly enjoyed the time they were fortunate enough to spend together. She was a big supporter of the Aussie Rescue of MN and other animal rescues as well as fostered, rescued, and helped place many, many animals in good homes. Marnie was a talented knitter, quilter and had just recently taken up making custom handbags; all of which she freely and lovingly gifted to her friends and family and shall be cherished forever.

Her influence was felt by many and will be greatly missed. She was loved and adored by all who knew her.
