Marlis Wright, 83, of Crosslake, MN died on Friday, July 18, 2014 at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, MN. Funeral Services for Marlis will be held on Friday, July 25, 2014 at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Crosslake, MN at 11:00AM. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 5:00-7:00PM at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Crosslake, MN and one hour prior to services at the funeral chapel. Interment will be held at Pinewood Cemetery in Crosslake, MN.

Marlis was born on October 1, 1930 in Minneapolis, MN to Edwin and Elsie Helseth. She enjoyed family occasions and spending time with her nieces and nephews at Christmas. Marlis was a member of the Womens Auxillary of American Region.

Marlis is survived by her son, Randy (Cathy); brother, Richard Helseth; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lucky; brother, LeRoy; sisters, Lois Plaisance and Sharon Fillmore. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Crosslake, MN.
