Mark E Leyendecker, age 67, passed away at his Cape Coral, Florida home on June 16.
Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred and Eleanor Leyendecker and his younger brother Lee. He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Susan, his brother Scott (partner Kim Koch), Susan’s brothers and sister, cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
Mark was a dedicated businessman, working, owning, and running Will’s Transmissions in Plymouth for over 30 years. In 2006, when he retired, Mark and Susan became seasonal residents of Florida and enjoyed many years in the sunshine.
Mark was a strong, caring, and honest man. What you saw was what you got. He was fun loving and competitive. He golfed, hunted, scuba dived, flew airplanes, fished, did triathlons and loved his German Shepherd dogs. He was happiest when he, Susan and the dog were together, or he was fishing the Gulf of Mexico.
