Marjorie Klooster

October 16, 1929 — June 30, 2014

Marjorie "Margie" Klooster, 84, of Little Falls, died Monday, June 30, 2014. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, July 7, 2014 at Randall Presbyterian Church in Randall with Pastor Rob Bellin officiating. Family and friends are welcome to gather Sunday evening from 5-7 PM at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Randall and one hour prior to services at the church on Monday. Interment will take place at Randall City Cemetery.

Margie was born October 16, 1929, in Luverne, MN, the daughter of Joseph and Lillian (Adams) Merritt. She grew up in Luverne and at the age of 19 married Richard Klooster in Adrian, MN. Their first child was born one year later and five more through out the years were blessed to them. Richard died in 1976 of cancer and left Margie with four under-aged children to raise and with the grace of God they made it. Margie loved to dance, loved her flowers, her little dog, Kringle, and mostly she loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. Margie loved people and had a smile for everyone.

She will be missed by her four daughters, Sammy Jo (Kent) Morris, Jane (Bobby) Meacham, Rebecca Ellzey, and Susan (Norm) Klooster; sons, Robert (Faye) Klooster and Mark Klooster; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and her special friends, Bobbie Ritters, Betty Stockdale, and so many at Highland Senior Living in Little Falls, as well as her good friend and hair dresser, Sandy Wright-Olson. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law, Marvin (Ramona) Klooster and Melvin Klooster; sister-in-law, Gasena Baumgard, and numerous nieces and nephews. Margie is preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard, one grandchild, two great-grandchildren; parents; only sister, Helen Danielson; three brothers-in-law, Orval Danielson, John Klooster, and Vernon Baumgard; two sisters-in-law, Angie Klooster and Mary Klooster; Richard's parents; and many aunts and uncles on both sides of her family.

Margie was blessed by God many times. She believed that God took Richard at 49 years so he could keep watch over their family. The casket bearers at the service will be her seven grandsons, Darby Klooster, Brady Klooster, Logan Klooster, Nathan Klooster, Colton Ellzey, Dustin Ellzey, and Christian Fischer. God Bless!
