Margaret Henrickson

Margaret Hulda (Peterson) Henrickson, of Staples, MN went to be with the Lord on her 91st birthday, Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the Lakewood Health System Care Center in Staples. Services for Margaret will be at 11:00AM, Monday, August 29, 2016 at the Staples Alliance Church with Chaplain Daryl Jacobson officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7PM, Sunday, August 28 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.

Margaret was born August 25, 1925 In Kingston, MN to Oscar and Hulda (Luoma) Peterson. She attended school in Kingston, MN and graduated from high school in May of 1943. Margaret was united in marriage to Bill Henrickson on March 14, 1945 in San Diego, CA. They lived most of their life in Richfield, MN; raising four children.

Margaret is survived by her four children; Diane (Wes) Budke, Jerry (Debbie) Henrickson, Denise (Glenn) Gono, and Gregg (Peggy) Henrickson; eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Larson and Marlene Ahlm; one brother, Roger Peterson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hulda and Oscar; her husband, Bill; brothers, Alden, Arnold and Wilbert; sisters, Lorraine, Margie and Estella. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN.
