Marcella King

Marcella "Sally" (Voss) King, age 68, of Breezy Point died May 20, 2009 at St. Joseph Medical Center, Brainerd.
Sally was the fifth child of twelve born to Arthur and Anna Voss in Buckman on July 22, 1940. She attended Brainerd High School, graduated from Pierz High School in 1958, went on to serve in the US Air Force where she met her husband, Donald King. They had two children, Matthew and Michael, and lived in Nisswa and Breezy Point.
Sally was active in the American Legion Auxiliary having served as both President and Secretary.
Sally's greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed fishing, travel, music and any new adventure.
Sally is survived by her husband Donald, son Michael (Colleen), grandchildren Patricia, Jenna, Matthew and Amanda, brothers John (Geri), Joseph (Susan), Fred (Janice), Donald (Grace), Robert (Janet) Voss, sisters Doris Galvin, Rita Hulcy, Barbra Bergwall (Ken), Mary Smith (David) and all of Don's brothers and sisters who were like her own. Sally will be missed every day by her family.
Sally was preceded in death by her beloved son, Matthew, parents, Art and Anna Voss, brother, Ted, and infant sister, Rosemary.
Services will be held at Kline Funeral Home in Pequot Lakes on Thursday, May 28th at 12 noon, with interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Nisswa. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
