Mae Maust

Mae B. Maust, age 101, of Pine River, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Ebenezer Ridges in Burnsville. She was born May 17, 1909 in Brainerd, to Oscar and Sadie Frisch. Mae lived in Pine River from 1950 until 2009 when she moved to Burnsville to be near her daughter. She enjoyed her family and tending her yard and garden. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Pine River, and the Pine River Legion Auxiliary.

Mae is survived by her children: Ronald E. Maust (Beverly) of Dayton, Nevada, Robert R. Maust (Kaye) of Isanti, Carol A. Stai (Gerald) of Burnsville; 13 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy; daughter, Betty Schuster; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Memorials may be given to the Diabetes charity of the donor's choice.

Services will be 1 PM on Friday, July 9, at Kline Funeral Home, Pine River, with Pastor Bonnie Lomen and Pastor Scott Stai officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery, Pine River. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
