Lucinda Ringstrom

Lucinda Kay Ringstrom, 52, of Nisswa, died Friday, December 18, 2009 at St. Cloud Hospital. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Our Saviors Lutheran in Pequot Lakes with Reverend Loren Anderson  Bauer officiating. Friends are welcome to gather Monday evening from 5-7 PM at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Pequot Lakes and on Tuesday morning at the church one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery near Camp Ripley.
Lucinda was born May 11, 1957 in Brainerd, the daughter of Russell and Helen (Khile) Schmidt. After graduating from high school, Lucinda attended college. She was united in marriage to Stephen Ringstrom in 1991. Lucinda worked for American National Bank for over 22 years, most currently as their senior loan processor. She was an active member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday school and confirmation classes as well as being a member of the Youth and Education Boards of the church and the Sunday School Superintendent.

Lucinda was a wonderful mother and grandma who treasured her children and grandchildren  they were truly her pride and joy. She always believed in helping others and if she believed in you she would stick right by your side along the way. Lucinda was a trusted companion to her family, friends and coworkers.

Lucinda will be missed by her husband, Stephen; her children, Ryan (Becky) Ringstrom and Danny Ringstrom; her grandchildren, Blake and Xavier; and her sister, Kathy (Gary) Jacobs. She was preceded in death her parents.
